FAQ
Each instructor can teach up to 3 guests. If there is a significant difference in ability levels within the group, we recommend booking separate lessons to ensure the best learning experience and safety for everyone.
Pick-up/drop-off service will be confirmed based on the lesson area, accommodation location, and the day's schedule. Arrangements may differ between Niseko and Rusutsu — please refer to our customer service response for the final confirmation.
You can make the request, but to maintain course quality, we recommend separate classes for students with significantly different skill levels.
The course fee does not include lift tickets, equipment rental, transportation, or insurance. If you need to rent equipment, please select this option on the booking form and fill out the equipment rental booking form.
Please refer to the latest terms in the booking form for cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies. Rescheduling is also subject to coach availability and course scheduling confirmation.
