About Us

Brand Story

In 2022, Raku Snow LLC took root in Kutchan, Hokkaido. Every ski season, the mountains here are blanketed in powder snow, and that becomes our promise to skiers and snowboarders — we bring together a team of coaches who love snow sports, dedicated to helping everyone who steps onto a board find their own joy on the slopes.

[ Coaching Team ]

RAKU is made up of a group of energetic, young, and driven individuals.
We came together through our love of skiing — it's both our passion and our profession.
Out of our love for skiing, we chose to stay in Hokkaido, hoping that everyone can find happiness here too!

[ Corporate Culture ]

For us, every winter is filled with the same devoted routine — kneeling down to check the fit of your ski boots, precisely adjusting your bindings, and out on the slopes, bending down again to fine-tune your gear or holding your hand to help you find your balance.

We know better than anyone that for guests who've traveled far, a whole year's worth of anticipation begins the moment they're handed a board that truly fits them. Equipment isn't just a tool — it's the confidence that lets you safely explore a world of white; instruction isn't just technique — it's the key that lets you experience speed and freedom. When our equipment specialists select the perfect gear for today's snow conditions, and when our coaches guide you down the slopes with professionalism and patience, the belief we hold close is simple: to make these moments shine brighter than you imagined — whether it's a child cheering as they carve their first turn in boots that finally fit, an adult breaking free of fear and flying down the run on top-tier skis, or a family standing together on their boards, gazing at Mount Yotei.

From selecting the board that suits you best to finding your own way of riding the wind on the slopes, our in-store equipment specialists and on-mountain coaches are each other's closest support. Between the busy moments of the ski season, we come together to study the finer points of board maintenance, share new teaching methods and gear-matching ideas, and lend each other a hand — whether in the shop or on the slopes — keeping this seasonal team lively and full of energy.

We want to add a spark of brightness to your holiday. From the moment you receive your gear to the moment you return it with a well-earned “good job today,” only by keeping that light in our own eyes can we make your entire ski season shine brighter in memory.
